Kamler Sourcing, operated by KAMLER GROUP LLC, provides global fulfillment and logistics solutions for e-commerce businesses and dropshippers. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and responsibilities for handling shipments.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

Kamler Sourcing ships to most countries worldwide, except where restricted by trade regulations or local laws.

Exclusions:

  • Countries under international trade sanctions.
  • High-risk regions where shipping carriers do not operate.

 

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders with custom packaging or branding may require additional processing time.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, and holidays.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments once available.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Kamler Sourcing is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local customs regulations.
  • If an order is held by customs, the buyer must work with the local authorities to clear the shipment.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If an order is delayed beyond 30 days with no tracking updates, the customer may request a refund or reshipment (see Refund & Reshipment Policy).
  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the recipient must contact the local carrier first before requesting further assistance.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be eligible for refunds.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay $10 per reshipment attempt.

 

8. Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Delays

Kamler Sourcing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.).
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.
  • Government lockdowns or border restrictions.
